Our client, a retail business working across the UAE and
KSA, are looking to hire an Administration Manager with legal experience
to work within the Finance department.
You will be managing the head office with specific focus on
administration including front office management to ensure the business
runs smoothly. You will be the point of contact to ensure that all
stores and branches are compliant with the legal requirements.
- Documentation review and coordination - responsible for meeting all
external and internal legal requirements with regards to trade licenses,
contracts, leases, agreements, insurance etc, by coordinating with the
PRO in order to ensure the business is fully compliant.
- Proof reading legal documents
- Administration - manage maintenance and cleaning, purchasing, front
office, cleaning staff-internal and outsourced and a driver.
- Travel - manage travel requirements.
- People management - motivate and develop the team by leading through example.
- You will have experience in a similar Administration Manager role
- Must be familiar with the process of setting up a company, the paper
work needed, trade licenses, changing the status of a company etc etc.
- There will be numerous agreements and leases therefore experience
proof reading these legal documents and escalating them to the relevant
person is essential
- Managing teams.
