This role is responsible for optimizing the flow and
quality of sales related data, also providing analysis and reporting in
an on-going effort to increase overall productivity and effectiveness of
the sales organization. Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations,
the Manager, Sales Operations, he/she must develop standardized tools,
practices and business processes aimed at improving operational
efficiency.
- Consolidates and prepares overall company monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports for executives and sales management
- Liaises with on-property Sales team to ensure timely submission and evaluation of data for regular reports
- Assists with the development of tools to improve efficiencies that limit manual data manipulation
- Supports with training and support during roll-out of new business processes and/or standards
- Performs ad-hoc analysis, scenarios and benchmarking as needed and
contribute to process improvement as and when business requires
- Develops marketplace analytics and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Maintains an effective budget expense tracking system for Global and Regional Sales teams
- Ensures that central files on pricing, special offers and contracts for all Kerzner resorts are kept current
- Works cross functionally across the company and recommends change based on trends and facts
- Manages multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English) and interpersonal skills
- Professional interaction with clients and vendors
- Attention to detail and outstanding analytical skills
- Independent and self-reliant
- Able to meet deadlines
- Works effectively with minimal supervision
- Can-do attitude, proactive and resourceful
- Builds positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization
