within it's Dubai business as professional recruiters.

The role of recruitment consultant will include the following:
- Manage and maintain client relationships with key stakeholders across the GCC
- Take responsibility for a particular specialism across vertical sectors
- Matching candidates to vacancies
- Meet revenue targets that have been agreed with your line manager
- Continually expand your businesses penetration in the market, signing
up new clients and showing tangible growth in the teams client base
- Continually expand your candidate database, attracting, sourcing and
registering new candidates on a daily basis across your business
- Actively be involved in and participate in initiatives across your
team, including New business cold calling sessions, Candidate updating,
Client updating, Ad chasing; lead chasing
- Act as an ambassador for the business both internally and externally
- Must have a Western passport to allow for regional travel
- Maturity and control, must be able to resolve situations in a calm way
- Strong written and numerical ability, must be able to quality check
fee calculations and written correspondence to clients and candidates
- Driven and wants to work with exceptional clients and candidates alike.
- At least 1 year of recruitment OR sales experience OR be able to demonstrate sales ability
- Be experienced in working to deadlines and in a pressurised environment
- Be an excellent team player
- Show evidence of learning and adding value quickly
- Speak with enthusiasm
